Dr. Ritu Bhambani, MD

Dr. Ritu Bhambhani is a sought after experienced physician who has worked to improve the quality of life for thousands of patients. She is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management. She is passionate about motivating and teaching her patients to accomplish healthy habits to reach their goals. 

Mr. Donald "Chris" Lindauer, PA-C

Chris is a Baltimore native. After graduating from Parkville High School, he attended the University of Maryland for 2 years before deciding to join the Army to start his medical educations. He served as a combat field medic for the 24th infantry division. While in the Army, he worked closely with a Physician Assistant and decided on the focus for his career path. After completing his active service, he finished his bachelor's degree at Towson University. He then earned his Physical Assistant Degree from Essex Community College hill continuing to serve in the Maryland National Guard. 

As a Physician Assistant, he has worked in Surgery, Cardiology, Occupational Health, Internals Medicine / Weight Loss, Pain Management. He became interested in pain management and medication assisted addition treatment when he injured his back. He has subsequently had 6 back surgeries. He feels that being able to appreciate pain management from the viewpoint of a practitioner as well as a patient gives him an empathetic viewpoint on treating patients. 

His hobbies include gardening, home improvements, cooking, swimming and going on hikes with his wife and his dogs. 

Ms. ​Neila Parrish ANP-BC WHNP-BC

Pain Specialist Nursing 25 years Nurse Practitioner 13 years Graduated University of Maryland School of Nursing Masters Degree 2002 Bachelors Degree 1996

 

Neila graduated from Western High School and attended the Union Memorial School of Nursing . She decided to further her nursing education and attended the University of Maryland for her BSN and her MSN. She completed her certification in Women’s Health in 2002 and in 2012  completed a second certification in Adult Medicine. She has practiced Nursing for 27 years. Her nursing experience includes but not limited to OB/ GYN, Gyn Oncology Adult medicine, Hair and Vein Ablation, Education, Weight Loss Management and Senior Management. She started in Pain management 5 years ago. Recently she continued her education and pursued her certification in addiction medicine and is currently practicing in Pain Management and Addiction Medicine. She brings to her practice the knowledge from her academic experience and compassion as a nurse.

Ms. Lisa Connolly-Bailey, LCSW-C, HTCP

Lisa Connolly-Bailey is a psychotherapist, advocate and educator working in the mental health field for over 27 years. Lisa received her Bachelor’s in psychology from Towson University and her Master’s from University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Social Work. Lisa’s experience in the field spans a wide range of populations including work with couples, severely mentally ill, children, adolescents and families within the foster care system.  She also is trained in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) and Animal Assisted Activities (AAA). Lisa currently works primarily with adolescents over 16 and adults who have a wide array of life challenges that affect their physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health.

Lisa is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Healing Touch Energy Work, Trauma/PTSD related disorders and utilizes techniques such as EMDR, Hypnosis, body awareness, relaxation and visualization techniques and the use of metaphors.  Her belief is that “Therapy is a tool that can help a person master himself/herself."

Ms. Amy S. Wagner, LCSW-C

Amy Wagner, LCSW-C received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Liberty University in 1987 and her Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Maryland in 1989. Throughout her 25+ year career in the mental health field, Ms. Wagner has worked in a variety of clinical settings including hospitals, schools, non-profit organizations as well as years in private practice. She has experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups that span all age categories.

 

While, Ms. Wagner's career has gained her experience in a wide range of mental health areas, her experience lies in the field of trauma and addictions. She has been trained in many areas of trauma work including the well-known technique of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). In addition, she has years of experience conducting substance evaluations and facilitating treatment groups for substance related matters including DUI/DWI and works collaboratively with attorneys, courts and probation.
